Called at 3:00 AM on a Friday night after getting a flat tire in Deira. The technician arrived fast, changed to my spare wheel quickly, and got me back on the road safely. 10/10 service!
Had an engine overheating issue on the Dubai-Abu Dhabi highway. The recovery truck arrived promptly, provided a clear quote upfront via WhatsApp without hidden fees, and safely towed the car back to my preferred garage.
I needed flatbed transport for my sports car from Business Bay to Al Quoz. Most towing companies aren't careful with low bumpers, but these guys used a proper hydraulic flatbed with zero scratches or damage. Very smooth process!
Woke up to a dead battery right before a major client meeting. They were at my villa in Downtown within 20 minutes, jump-started the vehicle, and verified the alternator was working properly before leaving. Clear communication and fair flat-rate pricing.
My car broke down on Sheikh Zayed Road during peak evening traffic. I called them, and the driver arrived in less than 25 minutes. Extremely polite, professional, and handled my SUV with great care. Highly recommended for any roadside emergency!
